About the role 

We are seeking a young, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Company Secretary professional to join our team in an intern capacity. This is an intern role based in Bengaluru, designed to assist our Legal & Compliance functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, including maintenance of statutory registers, records, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

  • Support in preparation of Board/Committee meeting documentation including drafting of agendas, notes, minutes, and resolutions in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

  • Assist in preparation and filing of statutory forms, annual filings, and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.

  • Support the Compliance team in  carrying out activities such as prior-trade approval, preparation of reports, filings with exchanges etc pertaining to the Insider Trading Regulations.

  • Provide necessary support in monitoring regulatory requirements under the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations.

  • Support the legal & compliance team in conducting in-depth legal research on various matters.



Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring compliances of the PMLA Regulations. 

  • Assist in ensuring compliances of the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing Company Secretary Intermediate orProfessional course and available to take 21 months of internship.

  • Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software/s. 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. 

  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels. 

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
