Build and deepen relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for their PMS investment journey.
Engage prospective clients through meetings, calls, and tailored conversations to understand financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizons, and present suitable PMS strategies and portfolio solutions.
Articulate our investment philosophy, portfolio construction approach, and strategy positioning with clarity and conviction, helping clients make informed long-term decisions.
Stay current on markets, asset classes, macro developments, and regulatory changes, and translate these into relevant insights for client conversations and portfolio reviews.
Partner with internal teams across Investments, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing servicing experience for clients.
Gather client feedback systematically and channel it back to investment and product teams to shape offerings and communication.
2–5 years of experience in business development, wealth management, private banking, or HNI client servicing within PMS, AIF, asset management, banking, broking, wealth-tech, or financial services.
Strong fundamentals of finance and investments. Comfort with equities, debt, portfolio construction, and core portfolio management and advisory concepts.
Proven HNI client-facing experience with the maturity, presence, and judgment to engage senior investors across multiple touchpoints.
Excellent communication skills - clear, articulate, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats, in English and at least one Indian language.
Ability to simplify complex investment concepts into intuitive narratives without losing accuracy.
High ownership, strong follow-through, and the discipline to manage a pipeline of relationships in parallel.
NISM-Series-XXI-A (Portfolio Managers) certification is a must.
Understanding of the Indian PMS and capital markets ecosystem, distribution landscape, and regulatory framework is a strong plus.
Genuine interest in markets, long-term investing, and helping investors build wealth responsibly.
