Enabling the Next Generation of Indian Investors

At Zerodha Fund House, we are redefining the mutual funds landscape to create simple, transparent, and cost-effective investment solutions for millions of Indians. Built by the pioneers behind Zerodha Broking Ltd and Case Platforms Ltd, we are on a mission to empower the next 10 crore investors in India to participate in and grow the capital markets.

We are expanding our team and seeking passionate, client-focused, and finance-savvy individuals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for their PMS investment journey.

  • Engage prospective clients through meetings, calls, and tailored conversations to understand financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizons, and present suitable PMS strategies and portfolio solutions.

  • Articulate our investment philosophy, portfolio construction approach, and strategy positioning with clarity and conviction, helping clients make informed long-term decisions.

  • Stay current on markets, asset classes, macro developments, and regulatory changes, and translate these into relevant insights for client conversations and portfolio reviews.

  • Partner with internal teams across Investments, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing servicing experience for clients.

  • Gather client feedback systematically and channel it back to investment and product teams to shape offerings and communication.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, wealth management, private banking, or HNI client servicing within PMS, AIF, asset management, banking, broking, wealth-tech, or financial services.

  • Strong fundamentals of finance and investments. Comfort with equities, debt, portfolio construction, and core portfolio management and advisory concepts.

  • Proven HNI client-facing experience with the maturity, presence, and judgment to engage senior investors across multiple touchpoints.

  • Excellent communication skills - clear, articulate, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats, in English and at least one Indian language.

  • Ability to simplify complex investment concepts into intuitive narratives without losing accuracy.

  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and the discipline to manage a pipeline of relationships in parallel.

  • NISM-Series-XXI-A (Portfolio Managers) certification is a must.

  • Understanding of the Indian PMS and capital markets ecosystem, distribution landscape, and regulatory framework is a strong plus.

  • Genuine interest in markets, long-term investing, and helping investors build wealth responsibly.
