We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team with end-to-end recruitment. This is a hands-on role where you will own coordination, candidate communication, and stakeholder management from day one.

 Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end interview coordination - scheduling calls, sending invites, and ensuring a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and prioritise open positions
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers accurately
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and ensure timely closures
  • Support pre offer rollout and pre-onboarding coordination as needed

Qualifications Required
  • Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition handling technology hiring is a plus
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable interacting with candidates and senior stakeholders with professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; prior exposure to any ATS is a plus
  • Eager to learn, self-driven, and a team player
  • Having prior experience recruiting for SDE 1 and SDE 2 - SDET - DevOps roles is a plus
