Zerodha Fund House
Enabling the Next Generation of Indian Investors
At Zerodha Fund House, we are redefining the mutual funds landscape to create simple, transparent, and cost-effective investment solutions for millions of Indians. Built by the pioneers behind Zerodha Broking Ltd and Case Platforms Ltd, we are on a mission to empower the next 10 crore investors in India to participate in and grow the capital markets.
We are expanding our team and seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for key business units.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be contributing to the architecture of your business units. This is a high-ownership role that requires you to be a "full-stack" leader, one who can navigate the complexities of regulations in the morning and debate API architecture or UI micro-copy in the afternoon.
You aren't just building features, you are building an ecosystem. You will be responsible for the entire value chain - from understanding the regulatory landscape to coordinating with external partners, and translating those into a tech-driven, user-centric product that feels effortless to the end investor.
Leadership & Team Building: Contribute in defining the long-term strategic vision for your business units, acting as the primary owner of their team, roadmap and success.
Partner & Process Management: Orchestrate the entire ecosystem of partners like RTAs, custodians, and exchanges while building the invisible, automated workflows that keep the engine running.
Regulatory Architecture: Develop a deep, first-principles understanding of the regulatory mandates to design products that are compliant by architecture rather than by patchwork.
Data-Driven Decisioning: Leverage data to identify friction points and measure product health, ensuring every decision aligns with our philosophy.
Cross-Functional Management: Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Ops) to ship high-quality products.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the central bridge between the Investment, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure technical execution matches business intent.
User Experience: Own the final interface and micro-copy, relentlessly stripping away jargon to ensure the product is intuitive and "human" for every investor.
GTM & Post-Launch Iteration: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new launches and use post-release feedback loops to constantly refine and evolve the product.
Experience: 6–9 years in product management, with a track record of building and scaling high-growth consumer, B2B or B2B2C platforms.
Systems and Structured Thinking: Ability to deconstruct complex regulatory or business environments into clean, functional product logic and automated workflows.
Technical & Design Literacy: High comfort level collaborating with engineers on API/system architecture and with designers on intuitive, jargon-free UI.
Strategic Ownership: A high-agency mindset with the ability to own the entire value chain, from partner management to granular execution.
Execution Mastery: Proven success in leading cross-functional squads to ship high-quality products while maintaining a clear, data-informed roadmap.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate dense requirements into simple, executable documentation for diverse stakeholders.
