At Zerodha Fund House, we are enabling the next generation of Indian investors. We feel mutual funds as a product needs to be re-imagined to build simple & relevant investment solutions for the next 10 crore individuals to participate in and grow the capital markets in India.

Essential Qualifications:
– A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT administration, with at least 3 years in a financial or highly regulated industry, preferably SEBI.
– Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, VMware or Hyper-V, and On-Prem Data center.
– Strong knowledge of leading IT and Information Security solutions (open-source preferred).
– Familiarity with the following technologies (but not limited to): Enterprise Security, SIEM, DLP, EDR, SoC, etc.,
– Deep understanding of Google Workspace, preferably Enterprise SKUs, creating and managing DLP rules, audit reports, log search, Managed Chrome Browser, Web and SAML Application integration etc.,
– Proficiency in deploying and managing MDM or UEM solutions with one or more of the following: Jamf, Airwatch, Intune, Jumpcloud, Kandji, etc.,
– A good understanding of network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Layers, IPSEC, SSL VPN, and TCP/UDP.
– Good knowledge of LDAP, OAUTH, Encryption techniques, DKIM, etc.,
– A solid understanding of wired and wireless networking, SDWAN, Routing, Switching, WiFi, HA clusters, CCTV, Telephony and intercoms, IT Asset Management, BCP DR, and Physical Access Control.
– Hands on experience with Apple Ecosystem, macOS CLI, Windows 10/11, Windows 2022 Server OS, Patch management etc.,
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desirable Qualifications:
– The ability to write scripts in Bash and Powershell.
– Knowledge of REST API, LAMP, Perl, and Python.
– Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba Access points, HIKVision CCTV systems, HP/Dell Rack servers, and RAID storage.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.
– Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
– Oversee the complete life cycle of IT assets, including procurement, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and depreciation.
– Collaborate with multiple vendors in the procurement and deployment of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, and monitors as required by the business.
– Manage accounts in Google Workspace, including creating email IDs, changing passwords, applying security policies, and extracting reports for periodic audits.
– Provide support to Windows, Mac, and Linux users, including (but not limited to) periodic OS and application updates, hardware repairs and upgrades, warranty claims, and remote desktop assistance.
– Deploy and maintain Disaster Recovery sites.
– Manage Anti-Virus software and take necessary measures to mitigate malware.
– Ensure compliance policies are strictly followed and take action where necessary.
– Manage the Enterprise WiFi system, printers, conference equipment and other peripherals.
– Execute scheduled maintenance and handle emergency issues during off-hours or weekends.
– Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, including disaster recovery planning and implementation.
